Appreciation.
Days like these makes you really appreciate the simpler things in life more. So be grateful and appreciate the many simple things in life that you don't feel and think it's important.
Because when I fell sick 3 days ago [am still is]; these are the things that I realized that we really need to appreciate:
1. to be able to breathe well
2. to be able to put food in your mouth and allow your body to absorb the goodness
3. to be able to sit in front of the comp for many hours
4. to be able to sweat
5. to be able to enjoy room temperatures without freezing or needing a blanket
6. to be able to feel hunger
and many many more~
